Martin and his wife Tammy envisioned Kraving Foods during the COVID pandemic. Shut inside, most of us have to choose between unhealthy take-out and our limited cooking skills. Martin and Tammy wanted to give people another option: home cooked meals without the cooking. Home cooked means hearty food prepared with ingredients you can pronounce.
As a second-generation chef, Martin brings a lifetime of experience to a menu fit for any occasion. Martin has worked in restaurants and corporate dining for the past twenty years. Martin was Cafe Chef at Bon Appetit until recently where he served over two thousand people a day. With Tammy’s financial acumen, Martin hopes to continue cooking for as many hungry mouths.
